betterpetter@gmail.com BioEvery time I try to describe myself, I end up deleting what I wrote and realizing that it doesn't fit, so I'll skip me for the time being and say what the point of this journal is: I'd been resisting getting one of these, how you say, ljs, for a while because I knew that I wouldn't be able to write in it often enough, and that would annoy me, but then I realized there's a zillion things in my life I do half-assed, and they usually turn out OK. I know that sounds lazy and sort of wrong, but that's how it is. Anyway, this is just going to be about my life, the stuff I feel like bitching or talking about. I'll also post reviews of albums occasionally, just because of a suggestion I had from my uncle.
I'm a twentysomething college graduate leaning toward looking for work in publishing. I listen to way too much music, watch too much anime and tv, and one of my favorite things is sharing in the joy I get out of those things. I'm a very affectionate person, which, while I have been getting better about it, has been problematic for me in times past. I'm learning new things every day. I'm a romantic, a cynic, a dreamer, a realist, a genius, a dunce, and I am living. I am human, and to be human is to be a walking, talking contradiction.
